Facebook Pages On-boarding
There’s over 244 million active business on Facebook, with Page’s accounting for more than half. Each newly developed Page receives an email campaign to help guide the optimal utilization and completion of the product to help ensure the most value to the business as well as their customers.
The on-boarding experience is iteratively built each half, taking learnings from the previous launch to guide the strategic design and builds for the campaign. In 2017 the experience was simply email campaigns leading to landing pages. In 2018, we enhanced it to include an on-boarding questionnaire to provide personalized guidance on adopting the most-optimal free solutions for new pages. In 2019, we further personalized the experience to show personalized content through the campaigns lifecycle, and in 2020 we have unified the experience to also include up-sells into advertising products.
